Adult Formation: The vision of adult formation from the Houma-Thibodaux Diocese
During the Strategic Planning “listening sessions”, Adult Formation arose as a top priority from the lay faithful in the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux. In light of this hunger, the Office of Parish Support has put intentional discernment and planning into a vision for Adult Formation. This vision sees Adult Formation as an intentional, ongoing process that ushers parishioners into a small group culture where they feel a sense of belonging and trust. These small groups, centered around community and prayer, are the venue where adults can share the lived experience of becoming disciples of Christ.
At this time, there are no small groups at St. Bridget Parish.
